Villa rates are inclusive of maid service, electricity, running water, free use of swimming pool on room only. 

Reservations of 1 to 6 nights, the daily rate will apply. For each extension night in addition to the weekly rate, daily rates will be charged. 

Thai Baht "B" does prevail and will be used for any billing purpose. US$ and Euro are only approx. for your information.  

Villa DARA max. 2 adults with 2 children sharing one large living/bedroom, large terrace with sala, kitchen, open air dining and living.
Villa CHABA max. 4 adults or 2 adults with 3 children sharing two rooms, large terrace with sala, kitchen, open air dining and living.
Any additional person to the above mentioned maximum number will be charged an extra of THB 500.- per night.

Transfers from and to the Samui Airport will be arranged free of charge.

Long term rental of three or more month will be applicable to special terms and conditions.
